The main design concept was to design a central plaza as a landmark and node. All other development will radiate from this central plaza. Sub areas are zoned clearly, in order to promote their distinctive identity.
Batam Industrial Park
A 500 hectare industrial estate on Batam Island in Riau province of Indonesia. It is a large and self contained industrial estate that has factories, dormitories, social and recreational facilities as well as its own water and power plants, sewage treatment plants and telecommunications tower.
Bintan Industrial Estate
An area of approximately 805ha is recommended for development to cater for light and medium industries such as textie, garment, wood-work, furniture, footwear, food processing, packaging and toy manufacturing.

Fushun chemical Park
Sited within 30sqkm of the FEDA, the park will incorporate the existing FEDA Administrative Center and existing chemical industries to develop a world scale Ethylene Plant (1,000,000 tons per year), integrated Utilities providing power, steam, industrial water, a major logistics hub and commercial / residential hubs.
Nansha Township, Guangzhou
The key principles for the urban design for Nansha was to create a center, reinforced as an entrance to Guangzhou from the sea. Natural land form and landscape are shaped to express the new city form. In essence, Nansha is to be transformed into a regional coastal city of international standard through a process of `regional place making.
Wuxi-Singapore Industrial Park
A 1000 ha Industrial Development located 128km south of Shanghai. The Industrial park is a comprehensive ‘Hi-Tech’ development providing factory, building, retail and recreational facilities served by integrated public utilities.
